Please complete it and email it back or deliver it to the studio along with a cheque as soon as possible so books & supplies can be ordered.

All classes will begin mid-January – date to be confirmed upon registration.

$160 for 10 MUSIC PUPS classes including book and CD.

Each additional sibling $80.

$25 non-refundable studio registration fee.
